Terrible place. clam chowder is like it was staying there for the week and then they just bring you this piece of soup, yeah, it’s not liquid - it is a PIECE of soup. WORST experience in this Seattle airport
If you need a cold drink or something tasty to eat before or after your flight then you should visit the Mountain Room Bar. The drinks are ice cold, so if you need relief you'll find it here. The food is also tasty, but don't order food here unless you have about an hour before your flight starts boarding. I saw only two employees working here, so table service is slow. The management should respond to the complaints and hire another employee to help speed up the service.
We walked the entire airport checking menus. This place at the extreme end of gate A was well worth the walk. Outstanding nachos and drinks about half the price of most of the other pubs and restaurants. Our 5 hour layover went by so fast we nearly missed our flight. Highly recommended - great value for Sea-Tac Airport!
Pros:- Place has enough space to sit- Decent breakfast options ( Amazing PanCakes)- Plenty of drinks optionsCons:- Below Average omelet- Unfriendly Staff - Serve food in paper platesAt least plates, folks and knives are compostable.
Spacious spot with authentic mural on the wall. Service was quick and best French fries I ever had! Delicious wild Alaskan burger and really good cocktails. Definitely this business stands out in a friendly service and really GOOD food. Every time I travel I will order here, prices very reasonable for the quality of food they serve! Thank you for making my trip so pleasant!
Ordered a double scotch brought me single trowels to convince me it's a double. Manager came and agreed the bartender doesnt know 3a double is!! I was told it costs 10$ charged me 14 manager had to come again!! Order a soft drink never brought it to me! Avoid by all means!
Not sure if the service could have been slower. They were only half full full most of the time we were seated and it took over 30 minutes to scrape up chips and dip. Overall disappointing
Overpriced, even for an airport. Food is not good. More people working front of house than most restaurants twice the size, which is probably why they have to set the prices so high. Just avoid the place....
I'm not sure what people's problems are but this restaurant was perfect for breakfast. I had 20 minutes to eat and omelette and pancakes were out in 5 minutes. Both tasted great. One of the best in airport breakfast experiences I've ever had.
Very slow. Poor service. Food was ok.
Sandwiches were great. Ribs were overcooked. Took almost 30 minutes for food to arrive. Waitress was nice. Pricey.
Terrible food and service. Last call at 6pm. Is this real life?
If you want good service and good food don't bother stoping here.
Chicken Caesar Salad was pretty good, but the place could be cleaner.
No side salad or substitution of fries for a side salad.
Closed at 5 pm. Only open in the morning??
We read the menu and then we were informed they'd already announced last call. It's 4pm.
Service was meh and the hummus and pita bread we ordered came out on a paper plate
Wow. Curt staff and a last call at 2 pm on a Sunday. Trapped at SeaTac for another 3+hours, got thrown out. Ummmm .... so lost sales much. Yea...
Least enjoyable breakfast, food almost left untouched.
How can a burger place be closed at 4 pm?! Walked down for a nice meal only to be turned away.
I'd love to give these guys a review.. but its 630am and they aren't open! How sad. But to be fair.. I did see them both role in about 530 545.. not sure what happen
Kirsten, server 86 was the bomb!! She was so funny and even when it got hectic I and busy yesterday, she made me and my friend feel welcomed and kept on joking with us. She made our visit to Seattle end on a good note on our way back to Viva Las Vegas!!
Went there at 3:30 pm on a Thursday and they were already closed. Seriously?
Terrible experience. It was moderately busy when I asked to see the menu. The waiter told me “it would be 25 min. So plan accordingly.” We decided to still eat there. Came back to make an order and the waiter said “we are taking no more orders. It will be 30 mins.” Before even hearing what I said. I told him we were willing to wait and he said “ok well it will be a minute then before you can order.” I waited 15 minutes he walked by me multiple times looking like he was lost, not acknowledging my presence. I asked again about making an order telling them I would wait for it to be cooked and they told me I would have to wait a while to make an order again. Do not go there if you are trying to make a flight in the near future. Do not go there if you have no flight for 4 hours, as was my situation. Another couple was upset because they had been waiting for a while just for their receipt. Terrible service.
After reading all the reviews, im outraged.
Very unfriendly staff. Was handed check without asking for it.....
Ordered old fashioned, was good. Ordered fries and chicken strips. When the food arrived, put down and the waiter says, chicken and fries. I asked my wife, do you see the fries?? Wouldn't seek this place out.
Average airport based bar. I asked for an IPA which the bartender said was temporarily unavailable. Several other people entered the bar and asked for IPA's while I was there. IPA's are big business these days. A bar which has run out won't be going down well with craft beer drinkers. On the plus side the location at the far end of A concourse means there's more space available than the crowded bars near the center of the terminal. The food also arrived quickly although the chicken is about the same quality as the cheap microwaved junk found in economy class meals. Oh, and I didn't the prices were good value. Nearly 30 bucks for a 22oz beer and smallish meal isn't exactly what I call cheap.
Horrible experience. Racially profile. Never came back to take our orders. We were sitting for 20 mins until we decided to leave. And the lady smiled as she saw us walk off. I'm not pleased at all .
Closes at 330 on a Friday during the summerWhat a joke
2.2 stars (as of 8.23.18) is generous. This place combines slow and inattentive service, disappointing food (microwave quality), and extremely high prices ($13 for a small pile of cold, stale chips and a tiny microwaved cup of artichoke dip) to create the worst of airport experiences. Do not come here.
Yes. It sure did take a while to get food but it was worth it! Delicious!
Currently standing outside the restaurant. Opens at 6 am it is now 610 and they are working away but allowing none to enter and no acknowledgement. Wow!
I had a cliff bar for breakfast, and nothing but peanuts on my flight to Hawaii from SeaTac. However at about noon I decided to eat at this restaraunt before boarding my flight. I ordered the chicken Cesar salad. After about 20 mins it arrived, and it was literally a few pieces of cold bland chicken on top of 3 big pieces of green lettuce with the dressing. Now here’s the real problem, It is now the next day and I am literally hugging my toilet in agony and pain. I can’t keep any food down, throwing up every 10 mins, with chills and shakes and everything else. I am really struggling to write this. Now I’m pretty damn sure that the salad is the source of my illness, since I’m the last 24 hrs all I had was peanuts, a cliff bar and mountain bar. Avoid at all costs.
Would not recommend. Had to send one order back (chicken strips) as they were burned. The turkey burger was okay. I asked for avocado on the burger, came on the side with the peel still on. This on top of the 1 hour the food took.... Interior is kind of run down. Watched several people walk out, several times tables that were never cleared/cleaned. Avoid this place.
Terrible place !! They didn’t tell customers until the bill came that it was cash only. The waiter had a very poor attitude. They also alll struggle with the English language. Do not waste your money !!
Terrible preparation of the food. I dont complain often. Sometimes bad days are just that...bad days. I ordered the $16 nachos with chicken and they came out cold. A new order came back with unmelted cheese on the inside and melted cheese on the outside. The server was nice and apologetic, but no offer for anything beyond getting something else on the menu. I don't have that kind of time while in the airport so ate the nachos as they were (sending something back a third time is kind of spooky at any restaurant). I'd steer clear of this place if you have the choice...
My wife came in and ask to buy a cup of hot water to heat up our son bottle. Once they saw the bottle they would not let her buy the hot cup of water and say they don’t do that here. Horrible horrible! Do not recommend coming here ever!!!
The fruit bowl is terrible. Never come here unless you have no other options (you always have).
It was "OK". Had the Santa fe omelet. The food arrived quickly and tasted ok. Anyplace else other then a airport, I would not spend $18.00 for breakfast. This was without a drink with the tip. Slow getting the bill, a different server had to help me because mine was busy.
Sat down at a table that Hadn’t been bused for 10 minutes. Had the server look me dead in eyes and walk on by without a damn word. Nope. Not a single red cent to that establishment.
Projectile vomiting for 3 days after eating their Caesar Salad. Another 3 days convalescing.
Decent food and good portions! Service was not very impressive!
Literally the worst place I’ve ever been. Never walked out of a restaurant before. Was empty. Waited nearly 15 mins to get a menu and another 20 to get my order taken. Waving and saying excuse me to staff. Ended up leaving cause my flight was about to board and the staff laughed when I did. Don’t go here.
Absolutely fantastic! The food was AMAZING and the service was just the same! We sat down with a family of five and were served our food with plenty of time to spare in time to get to our flight! 100% recommend this place!
Barely made it in before they closed at 3:30... funny watching people look at their watches in confusion seeing the closed sign. It has currently been 40 minutes since we ordered nachos and chowder; no sign of vittles yet. Save yourselves, eat elsewhere.
6 people in our group, food was ice cold, inedible Waitress said, " totally sorry the food was cold" waste of space. Should be shut down
Friday night at 530pm in a packed terminal and this place is closing down for the night. They will be out of business by Monday
